Yes, but understanding that there are bots out there is different than thinking everyone who disagrees with you is a bot, and i see that thinking expressed frequently.

Thinking that almost everyone disagreeing with you on social media is a bot is its own form of conspiracy theory. Like any other conspiracy theory, the idea insulates people from facing the reality that lots of people have opinions wildly different from their own.

every shitlib on this hellsite thinks one laser will bring down a helicopter in a fiery explosion. here is footage of protestors covering a helicopter in lasers in chile 2019. it did not crash, it simply could not use its surveillance camera to film ppl below.
