I often get this when I wake up. I thought it was sleep paralysis (but without the scary hallucinations).

Why don’t they just drop the knitting part of the name, change it to yarn crafters or artists, then allow people to choose their own technique for each round?

I used to eat them but started to get slight allergy symptoms each time so I stopped, just in case. Kind of the opposite of desensitising therapy.

Who needs peanut butter anyway when you can buy Biscoff spread?

It would be life-changing for me to follow the article as I have a nut allergy, though not allergic to pine nuts.

And pine nuts are seeds.

I’m waiting for the crochet vs knitting debate to kick off. Slight mutterings so far about references to ‘hook’ and images of crochet in the titles. For the record CROCHET IS NOT A KNITTING TECHNIQUE. It is a separate yarns with its own terminology and techniques.

Not quite the kind of marathon I was expecting/would take part in. I thought it was watching the whole thing, not running!

I guess there aren’t many people who can do both.

If you take your hook out and pull, it does. I’ve had to frog a piece and start again a good few times. I use a safety pin if I’m transporting a WIP. A good knot stops it once complete.

Two needles seemed complicated to me! I tried when I was younger but didn’t get on with it. Wonder if being left handed has anything to do with finding knitting more difficult?

I’m confused. I thought #DownCemeteryRoad was set in Oxford? So far, identified at least 3 locations in Bristol, and I’m only 30mins in. Things like this take you out of a show.

I don’t watch the non-celebrity version. I think it’s too exploitative. The stakes are lower in celebrity version plus I think they are more resilient than the general public, so the psychological fallout would be less. Also, some of them are so funny!

Plus punk is an attitude, not just a music genre. These women are busting out of their conformist roles, railing against establishment of marriage and caring responsibilities.

I have a booster plus flu jab every year so it seems a bit crazy that I don’t get one this year.
