I see this sentiment a lot, and while I definitely agree, I have to recommend that, realistically, even taking a weekend or just an afternoon to completely unplug and enjoy the outdoors can go a long way! :)

I hear it for melee, but “I strike with my bow” sounds too silly to me haha

I doodled throughout childhood, took art classes in high school, then stopped for the next 20+ years, so I'm not really the person to ask :P But like the other hobbies I've tried to get into or get back into over the last several years, it's mostly a matter of creating time to DO the thing!
