With or without fizzy?
06.10.2025 11:31 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0It's the neoliberal mindset, the system is fine and doesn't need changing, it just needs the right person in charge.
25.09.2025 07:00 β π 68 π 7 π¬ 0 π 0There. Is. No. Such. Thing.
Cattle ranching is among the most destructive of all the world's industries.
"Regenerative" cattle ranching is simply greenwash.
This is amongst the most impactful two minutes of broadcasting Iβve ever seen.

iβve been speaking to some tech ceos and they say that young people donβt want pay rises or their own space - they want foosball tables and pizza once a month
17.07.2025 11:38 β π 86 π 12 π¬ 3 π 0Unfortunately, with this Labour government you really have to accept that theyβre not here to do anything more than make tweaks to what was already there. We need something completely different and if you still believe that we donβt, we just need the right people in charge of the system, sorry, no.

10.06.2025 19:08 β π 13356 π 5269 π¬ 87 π 217It is a law as old as the hills:
Permit agents of the state to use violence against civilians to "maintain public order", and they will use it to advance private and particular interests.
National service = slavery
It's form of coercive wage slavery as it means people have to work for the state without the freedom to choose their employment or refuse to work
In 48 hours, over 200 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza.
Keir Starmerβs government still wonβt condemn Israel or call it genocide. Wonβt end arms sales. Wonβt impose sanctions. Wonβt stop trade.
This isnβt just complicity, itβs collaboration. They have blood on their hands.

20.05.2025 09:06 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Prisons are overcrowded. Just build more! More places means more people can be stuck in them. When they become overcrowded just build even more!
Or we could break this cycle by not imprisoning so many people in the first place. But thatβs not as macho, not Reform enough for Labour.
As the UK and EU carve up fishing rights, I don't give a damn which party gets to trash our marine ecosystems by overexploiting fish populations, ripping up the seafloor and killing vast numbers of "non-target" animals. I just want this orgy of destruction to stop.
19.05.2025 08:37 β π 1881 π 468 π¬ 34 π 24The problems in our society are not caused by migrants or refugees.
They are caused by an economic system rigged in favour of corporations and billionaires.
If the government wanted to improve peopleβs lives, it would tax the rich and build an economy that works for us all.
Aren't Musk and Thiel (and JD Vance and others) followers of something almost opposite to anarchism? A neo-monarchist, anti-eglitarian "philosophy" some people call Dark Enlightenment?

Labourβs decision to try and ban face coverings is based on an increasingly authoritarian stateβs understanding that masks represent one of the few remaining, readily available, and effective protections against the crackdown on protest rights.

I donβt know who needs to hear this but working isnβt the be all and end all and often if you fall into a good job great, but many people hate their jobs and it causes them to suffer mental and physically, and there is low level exploitation happening in all industries, this isnβt really being

10.03.2025 13:15 β π 1 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Labour could tax the super-rich to end poverty, build social housing and fix our NHS.
They are choosing to go after the worst-off instead.
For a while, many people didnβt know what this government stood for. They do now: tough choices for the poor, endless money for war.
What makes this even weirder is that he was named by his father after a character called "Elon", who was the ruler of Mars in a science fiction novel written by Nazi party member Wernher von Braun.

As much as I dislike the system, given it's all we have at the moment I would like to see an opposition leader (even one I don't like) who's capable of holding the government to account.
Trump is capitalism in human form, stripped of its disguises. The violent seizure of other people's resources, the exploitation of other people's catastrophes, the predatory gleam in the psychopath's eye.

Hi Monica. Please can you continue to write your next book, and then when you've finished put my name on the cover instead of yours? You look sweet so I'm guessing you'll have no issues with doing this for free?
