I went to a cafe website that I was thinking of going to. Not only do they have the entire menu there to order beforehand, they had a full walkthrough video of the place. I picked out what I'm eating and my seating before I showed up. I don't have to order in person.

Accommodating us is not hard.

If it's anything like my Facebook settlement money, it will be underwhelming.

Nobody gives the benefit of the doubt for an explanation or clarification when you are autistic.

There's no bringing them back from their reaction once it's started, no matter what our original intentions were, and how we were misread.

Overall my workplace is decent, it's the absolutely toxic politics that I simply cannot do as an autistic person.

I can assure you that making fun of disabled people isn't as funny of a joke as you think it is.

I'm autistic and not policing anyone, just asking you to be considerate of others. You can say what you want, I can ask you to please think about me.

While I agree with your sentiment that RFK is not going to do anything to "fight" autism, I have to really disagree more with your hinting that sounding autistic is a bad thing or that it should be fought against at all.

If you're on the side of autistic people, think about that for a moment.
