I think it's really important to get comfortable describing what's happening in the United States as fascism.

That's not a hyperbolic or manipulative term. It is just the accurate description.

Once you get comfortable naming it as fascism, it changes the way you view the entire project.

The convoy crew held the people of Ottawa hostage and tried to divide people with rage politics.

Some publications had to publish a pro-annexation opinion column and political fanfic about how an occupied country would vote before they used their big brains to realize that.

I’m curious how it’s changing the “Just Like Justin” attack. If people’s memories are short, it doesn’t carry much weight anymore.

This was a major theme of the debates over pandemic protocols. People who opposed vaccine and mask mandates simply didn't fucking care about other people, and they projected accusations of fascism on those who did.
