HLA-Shuttle: A system for enhancing antigen presentation in immunologically cold tumors HLA-Shuttle enhances production of HLA class I molecules in neuroblastoma, leading to the discovery of tumor-associated antigens.

Hwang et al. develop HLA-Shuttle, a system using engineered components of the HLA-I processing machinery to restore and stabilise HLA-I complexes on tumour cell surfaces. Immunopeptidomic samples separated on Aurora Ultimate 25x75, data acquired on nanoElute 2 + timsTOF Ultra 2.

HLA export by melanoma cells decoys cytotoxic T cells to promote immune evasion - IonOpticks This Levy lab study into HLA export by melanoma cells by Chemla et al. used IonOpticks Aurora Ultimate 25×75 CSI UHPLC columns.

Chemla et al. reveal how melanoma evades the immune system through an unexpected mechanism: melanosomes acting as molecular decoys. LC-MS/MS used an Aurora Ultimate 25x75 CSI column with a timsTOF Ultra and nanoElute 2.
