Oh, how I wish I could go back to 2005.

Robert Redford made so many great movies that people are mentioning, but don't forget about The Great Waldo Pepper. I think it's one of his best movies, but seems to get overlooked. Directed by George Roy Hill.

Took a trip back in time to 2016 and went to the Richard Rogers Theater and watched Hamilton in the absolute best seat in the house. I didn't think I could love this work of art more. Forget this streaming stuff, this is the way to watch Hamilton. Just fantastic.

I truly believe that Boris Karloff should have received a nomination for Best Actor for his performance in Bride of Frankenstein. It's an amazing performance.

The way she says that line, I'm pretty sure she's not talking about stamps.

Watched They Only Kill Their Masters last night on Watch TCM and thought it was a pretty good murder mystery. It kind of looked like a made for TV movie that ended up getting released in the theaters, but as always, James Garner makes anything worth watching.

I don't think I could be in this room unless I was wearing a powdered wig.

I must say I like this room. Looks like it's a nice room to chill out and relax. That drum looking table certainly looks interesting.

I miss the old Ruby Tuesday, back when it had the "neighborhood bar & grill" decor and feel. I use to eat there a lot before going to a movie at the mall. Then they turned it into an upscale looking restaurant type of deal and I stopped going.

I vote Yay. I like it.

I am a huge fan of Blacula and Scream Blacula Scream (best title to a sequel ever). Oh, how I wish they had made a third movie with William Marshall and Robert Quarry and called it Blacula Meets Count Yorga. That would have been one epic vampire movie.

I watched Two on a Guillotine last night (thank you Watch TCM) and it was a spooky good time. I love movies with a creepy house and creepy atmosphere and this movie had both. Had some pretty good scares too. A fun movie to watch with all the lights off. @tcmtv.bsky.social

Oh man, The Naked Gun is so funny. Liam Neeson hits a grand slam with this one. I'm ready for the next one.

In it's quiet way that movie hit me on an emotional level I was not expecting. I thought Mark Hamill was so good, and I loved the scene where he tells Chuck how great math is. How as an accountant, he helps people keep their homes by using math. That was a really nice scene.

No Joe Dante? I'm not interested.

Oh yeah, Superman is an absolute blast. A terrific Superman movie and an awesome summertime movie. I need to check it out in IMAX real soon.

The last five minutes as things are playing out to Tim Buckley's Once I Was is so powerful and moving it turns me into an emotional wreak every time I've watched the movie. Hal Ashby was hitting grand slams in the 70s.

It was no The Long Riders, but it was pretty enjoyable. I thought Young Guns II was much better. And you were spot on about getting in new movie posters. Seeing the UPS driver walk in with a couple of those tubes was like it was my birthday.

Saw F1 over the weekend and now THAT is what a big summer movie should be. It was so exciting that I forgot to eat my
popcorn. I took it home and ate it later.

I had a great time and I think Javier Bardem is the MVP of the movie. I loved the relationship between him and Brad Pitt. I thought they really clicked together.

Yes, waaay too much in the room. 2 bird cages? But I like the window shades, and I like the patio chair in the corner.

I saw The Life of Chuck this afternoon and it touched me deeply. No doubt it's going to stay with me for awhile. Definitely will be buying it on Blu-Ray because I'll be watching it for years to come.

If it had come out a year earlier it would have been a big, big hit, but coming out the summer of Star Wars, Smokey and the Bandit, and James Bond? That was tough.

Wasn't that the best thing about working in a theater. I was a manager of a 4 screen theater from 85 to 95. The pay sucked but I got to be around movies and watching and rewatching my favorite scenes and listening to audiences react while I stood in the back. So much fun.
