I’m hoping to sleep well tonight. I got out of bed earlier (which for me is quite hard) and I’ve eaten well throughout the day. Admittedly I am starting to feel like I’m flagging.

I’m beginning to realise that sleeping through the night is becoming impossible without waking. I’ve resigned myself to the fact that I’ll be sleeping for short periods then waking and going back to sleep again in the night as I get older.

Is anyone else finding this from their 40s/50s/60s?

It’s rare that pedigrees or half pedigrees end up in a rescue centre in the UK.

Omg! furry boxing gloves. Where do you get your cats, mine was a rescue from Spain.

Teddy is an American snowshoe and they’re quite rare like the Nebelung. And nobody’s ever heard of his breed either when I mention it.
