It's funny. I've never been rich. I've never been a party person, definitely not an extrovert. I'm often too honest. But I've never had trouble making friends and finding companionship. Probably because I actually care about people, even someone I just met!

I long ago came to terms with the fact that among the countless billions of people who exist, who have ever existed, there is likely nothing purely original to be thought up. It's good to have a rein on one's ego. As gods of the page making new peoples and worlds, it's important to keep it in check.
