White noise works wonders. Dealt with a similar situation living in an apartment ages ago. Upstairs neighbor worked nights & came home at 3AM & clomped around like he was doing a tango. Sound machine blurred it enough to let me sleep. Now I use an app & a Bluetooth speaker. Highly recommended.

A real rare treat in New Jersey tonight - aurora! iPhone camera in night mode has intensified it a bit but it was definitely visible to the naked eye despite a fair bit of light pollution and clouds.

That’s exactly what I’m using it for right now. The various channels do try to block VPN use and sometimes you have to reconnect a few times until you get an endpoint IP that they haven’t blacklisted. It definitely does still work, though.

Ironically, I use a VPN to get *into* the UK to watch a variety of shows that aren’t available here yet.

A much longer flight for you than us but they have them somewhat regularly. It was a blast but a bit of a comedy of errors trying to get all the dogs lined up for the photo they wanted.
