Well, it started with the GB and GBC, but without a doubt this one (the first I bought myself). Games like Zelda, Mystic Quest on GB. And continuing on

21.11.2025 07:04 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Okay, really the last one. What if your #BookmarkTTRPG would be the secret message you could give to the next reader? Like with travelling books? What heed would you give to the unassuming next reader? Could you let them take another perspective? Would they disregard it or would it play mind games?
20.11.2025 22:15 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Or what if people found letters between the protagonist and the antagonist? What secrets would be discussed? What would be taboos to read there?
20.11.2025 22:05 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Last one for today. What if you could write a letter to the antagonist or protagonist of your book? What would you ask? And what would be forbidden to ask?
20.11.2025 22:01 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 1 π 0Another one. What if you would be required to interpret your book differently based on the physical location you are reading it?
20.11.2025 22:00 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0New one. What if the book you are reading is actually a codebook of an Illuminati like organisation? What if the theme of each chapter is actually a code? Or, more Dan Brown like? What is your book actually hiding from you?
20.11.2025 21:56 β π 0 π 0 π¬ 0 π 0Probably will keep musing on ideas at bsky. Possible elaborations on this one:
- using the page number of the last chapter page to determine the mood or
- using page number +extra to determine whether the protagonist approves: will you change the line?
- Choosing a melody (#Witcher) for your song
Already musing about @unknowndungeon.itch.io's Bookmark TTRPG jam from Dec 1st @itch.io. And yes, books are fabulous on their own. Current Idea: you are a bard who is asked to write a heroic song/poem about the protagonist. After every chapter, write a line of your poem (probably in Madlib form).
