The wheel removal and clamp on to a Wahoo Kickr is quick and easy.
All wheel off smart trainers are the same and it’s just getting one at a good price.
I kept my old Cannondale for my Kickr as it owes me nothing.

Wahoo Kickr Core works well and I have a bike permanently fixed to mine.
Some hate the indoor stuff but, being a spin class instructor I haven’t got an issue with using mine and it’s helped when the weather is crap and building back up after illness or injury!
I use Rouvy and do a few races.

Heading out of our village this nob head decided to drive as fast as they can.
Hard to judge the speed but around 60 mph plus and with the rush of displaced air, he/she wasn’t hanging around.

Had Sky mobile for years but, no signal in the village so that had to go.
Wouldn’t give me the same deal as a new customer so that did it so cancelled.

I did that but only when I could face the oncoming traffic on early in the mornings. The pavements back at our old place were on a slope, undulating and on bin day it was a nightmare on the pavement.
Never held anyone up and I avoided dogs on long leads.
I pay enough tax……

I’m so sorry to hear this about your friend and I do hope that he makes further progress.

Years ago I was up in Northumberland on a training course.
Each team were given the management accounts of an ailing business you had purchased.
The strategy to turn the business around to the board in the boardroom was exciting and scary.
I think they should be in the spotlight on TV doing that.
