Also I’ve been waiting here at SSF for a Millbrae bound train and three trains just passed in the opposite direction.
How.

I’m hunting for the Super Bowl Clipper Card and so far, I’ve tried Millbrae, Colma, and SSF.
Colma was unstaffed. The attendant at SSF said he had no idea which machine it was in bc “they don’t tell us” and said to try San Bruno.
Millbrae’s been the only success.

For all the times I’ve had layovers in Charlotte, I’ve never actually visited the city.
Maybe one day, if they ever extend its light rail line to the airport 🤞🏼

People in my town have been fundraising for a wine bar
ngl I have never seen that place open. But then again, I thought the nightclub in the same area was also abandoned

A screenshot from the Transit app.
Line 55 on the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority toward Old Ironsides Station has two buses that appear to be cancelled, one scheduled in 26 minutes and one scheduled in 55 minutes.
Please don’t tell me this is real, VTA 😭
Two cancelled buses back to back?

So I send both complaints and commendations to VTA whenever they’re warranted.
The one time I got a proper phone call back was when I followed their terminology and called the thingamabob an “annunciator” (I prefer emails tbh). I wonder if they thought I was some kind of auditor 🤔

From a poster called “just shower thoughts“ reading: when people talk about traveling to the past, they worry about radically, changing the present by doing something small, barely anyone in the present to really thinks that they can radically change the future by doing something small.
I may have found my defining quote.
Pair this with my pinned post and you will see what I mean!

Thank you for remaining steadfast on this issue. I know this isn’t as big of a priority for the people of our district compared to other issues but it’s a relief to know you’re willing to go against the grain even if there will be serious resistance from very powerful people.

A bus from the Santa Clara Valley Transport Authority (i.e. Silicon Valley). The bus wrap indicates that it is a Route 60 Airport Flyer bus meant to accommodate travelers with luggage, but the digital signage indicates that it is running Route 20 from Sunnyvale to Milpitas.
Spotted in downtown Sunnyvale.
Poor Airport Flyer seems to be a little lost

Rent was +$1500
Double checked the income limit for 1 person and it looks like it went up in recent years. I’m too poor to afford affordable housing 🙃

In 2011, a stretch of I-195 that ran right through the heart of Providence was demolished, freeing up 26-acres of Downtown adjacent land for new housing and an innovation district, reconnecting neighborhoods divided by the highways construction.
