The best part of the whole experience was going to allergists—specialists, mind you—who literally said “yeah there’s so much we don’t understand about allergies, here’s what we think is going on with you but your mileage may vary.” 😂 🤷🏼‍♂️

Interesting, no, I became allergic to avocado and latex at the same time ~10 years ago. Was told they were the same allergen reaction and that I could also react to bananas, chestnuts and kiwis (fruit, not people). No mention of ragweed and to this day I’ve only reacted to latex & avocado.

I put meat, beans and sour cream on, then a layer of cheese, then put it under the broiler for a couple minutes. Then salsa/tomatoes & lettuce. Oh, Jen get avocado, too. I miss avocado! 😭

Enjoyed this thread! We traditionally make nachos for SB Sunday, whether we’re watching it or not (we’re not). Here’s my plate—Jen has tofu instead of beef and doesn’t use lettuce.
