Last week I visited Bulgaria, which was fabulous. The lovely people we met all asked that we tell our friends we liked it, they are keen for more tourists and lots of people don't think of it. People asked 'why are you going?' we said, because we've never been and it's pretty. A little π§΅

TOWNIE BAYMAN is a fun illustration celebrating two aspects of Newfoundland culture. All in good fun, this piece was not scientifically researched, none of the info is based on anything other than Jud Haynes' personal take on it all. It is not meant to appear as Townie βVSβ Baymen, but more celebrates how much we're all the same. Most people feel they fall somewhere in the middle. Its good for a laugh, just something fun to hang on the wall.
Whenever I wear a hoodie with a flannel shirt, I think about this illustration I saw in Newfoundland showing the difference between a "Townie" (someone from St John's who wears the hoodie over the flannel) and a "Bayman" (someone from a small village who wears the flannel over the hoodie)

Itβs not "almost 1," or "quite nearly 1."
Itβs exactly 1.
Here's another way to look at it β¬οΈ

Itβs never too late to start masking again.
It can be daunting to mask back up when no one else is bothering, but your health is worth it.
Every Covid infection is a dice roll with disability, and a good respirator like an N95 stops chains of transmission.
Youβll also get less colds & flus!
