I'm probably a little bit late to the party, but I just wanted to recommend this excellent book.

It's an examination of the lives of the five canonical women who were murdered by Jack the Ripper.

An incredible and important story in a really accessible and fascinating package.

I've been reading @stephenking.bsky.social books since I was 9 years old.

I just finished rereading Apt Pupil. When I first read it, I was younger than Todd (who is 13 at the start of this story). Now I'm nearly the age of his mother (who is 36.)

I love that I get to grow up with these characters.
