I just don’t think the power goes out enough to make it worth increasing power rates for already impoverished citizens.

This is extremely heavy snow.
In order to fix this they would have to put the wires in the ground. The cost would be astronomical and we would definitely see increased power bills.
The cost of living is already too high for people to afford that.

And power bills will skyrocket to pay for it? No thanks.
