New law to protect renters one step closer to becoming a reality The government's landmark Renters' Rights Bill returns to Parliament today.

In the absence of more affordable homes #RentersRights Bill goes further to protect tenants:

✔️ Ending Section 21 'no fault' evictions
✔️Capping advance rent payments at one month’s rent
✔️ Allowing renters more notice to find a new home

It's not perfect but it's a start
