Is that you?
Arsehole.
Interested to see how Farage attempts to slime out of his mates words. Also how all those army types who love Farage/Trump pass this crap off.
Fucking plastic patriots.
Met Hannan once. I had to control years of personal views about him being an arse from coming out of my mouth.
Pleasantly surprised that as well as being wrong about nearly every thing he has ever believed in, I can confirm he is a massive cu*t. No interest in the school or children he visited.
It takes an obscene amount of hubris to lecture the BBC when you have The Telegraphโs record on truth-telling.
Some of the paperโs errors this year are so bad theyโre almost laughable ๐๐ป

Imagine having a life so small and inadequate that it would be improved if there were fewer black people in Sainsbury's ads.

Do you know any Year 6 parents or carers applying for a secondary school place next month?
My next free webinar on how to make sense of all the online data about school performance is on Wednesday 24th September at 7:45pm - please help spread the word, thanks!

Is the Spectator outing themselves as the impending Nazis. Or do they mean something else ๐ฎ?
How things like this are becoming normal is mental.
The scary thing is that I regularly meet people who regurgitate it with very little critical thinking.
Thanks. I completed the submission form on the main website and said I'd be available for all the UK events in Autumn after the national conference. I've followed up via the email address as I was concerned the form hadn't submitted as I heard nothing back. Still hadn't so didn't know what to do.
12.09.2025 10:17 โ ๐ 1 ๐ 0 ๐ฌ 0 ๐ 0@moremorrow.bsky.social - are you part of the team org ResearchEd Cornwall?
I made a submission to present early August on website and haven't heard anything back. I'm not precious and if it's a no that's ok but I've heard nothing and have chased a few times...and I'm beginning to feel bad chasing!
Thanks for this Mark - an interesting read.

Seb from Royal Tunbridge Wells
A crowd of people in sports kit are stood in the start funnel at Royal Tunbridge Wells parkrun. To the right of the picture stands a young man in a pacer bib with the number 20 on his back.
Dame Kelly Holmes holds a megaphone as she speaks to the crowd. She is stood next to a man in a blue parkrun RD top. Behind them is a row of people in pale blue parkrun pacer bibs.
We did it! We completed our 500th Royal Tunbridge Wells parkrun and hope you all loved it as much as we did.
We had a sea of blue for the milestone, a selection of park life-themed fancy dress, and record-breaking attendance of 486 participants and 71 volunteers. Thank you and well done all...

And so, quite possibly that's it for long summer holidays. I didn't have them with my last overseas headship contract, but I've enjoyed this one.
From Monday you will find me doing this:

Check it out - done with NPQs? Do one of our ILM coaching qualifications!
Last day of the summer holidays.
I start a new job on Monday, and it isn't in a school...I've finally managed to get a job outside of the daily grind. Headship over COVID, an unpleasant transition to a large MAT, an overseas stint and an interesting time in special measures in E.Sussex sees me out.
According to Strava I'm the fittest I've been for 1 year.
I'm also the fattest, so I'm uncertain how that's worked out.
Get it out there!

If I manage to get out of bed for the 500th event next week I tip back to having TW as my home Parkrun. No more can I claim Cape Pembroke, the Falkland Islands as my most attended Parkrun.
I'm going to miss being able to claim this! I don't miss the wind though ๐.

Your opportunity to contribute to parkrun this Saturday!
We're in need of several more marshals, and several to help with closedown at the end of parkrun. If you may be able to help, please get in touch with us at royaltunbridgewells@parkrun.com
