Heard a snip of a podcast about how to be more likeable and the suggestion was to simply learn to like more people and welp I guess I’m out then. 🤷🏼‍♀️

My internet addiction keeps worsening, since I scroll for the purpose of dopamine placation but now all the news is bad so I’m getting no positive reward and have to keep searching deeper and longer for any relief.

Honestly, just stuff me in the cube and be done with it already.
