Good to know I am not alone in saying "big stretch" and "Ooo, downward dog" out loud to my girlies!

I look around and wonder who's living amongst us too. Recently a local Reform campaigner said there were 60 members in our village of under 1500 households. It makes you wonder.

We used to swim with both of our first 2 dogs. There is no way our current lurchers would swim
They can, because they have both fallen in in the past, but they would never volunteer to take a dip.

This was the first year we tried growing aubergines in Cambridge UK. We had 1 plant and got 3 aubergines, but the flavour from them exceeded any we've ever bought - so creamy. We will definitely go for more plants next year.

My parents also did a bit of ballroom in the 70s. I'd love them to bring back Come Dancing.

I've wanted to go to Little Morton Hall for years. Done it now, and pulled in Speke Hall and Rufford Old Hall in a bit of timber framed tour.

I was 10 and named my first dog after this song because he was a Yorkshire terrier and my dad called him a rat. ❤️

So what do we 'ordinary' folk do about it?

We took a group of lurchers to a secure dog field near us in SCambs. They did one mad zoomie, then they all lay down in the sun and slept 🤷‍♀️

She was fairly treated. It's a shame the right wing press are not prosecuted for their constant stirring up of racial hatred.

Watched him fly past our house in South Cambridgeshire on his return. Still going at a terrific speed.

Hopes were so high for a Labour government. Agree that it's been a disappointment so far, but they still have time to do better.

Last dogs were a lab X and a springer/collie. Both behaved like this. Current dogs are lurchers and would run a mile from any water based fun. Mind you, they'd run that mile very fast!

Retired 10 years and last year decided it was time to get rid of accumulated 25 years of resources - books, paper resources, planning - all gone (except most is backed up online too). Sadly, couldn't give away the books.
