Build in a sustainable, convenient, affordable, and denser manner.
The only way we make life more affordable for regular people is… BUILD MORE HOUSING!

Grocery store? An inconveniently long drive away.
Doctors? An inconveniently long drive away.
Most things you need on a regular basis? An inconveniently long drive away.
Why are so many people moving here from PA, NY…?
A ton of housing is being built.
It is wild that Penn DOT and HNTB did not consider cut and cover or modular construction! It’s almost like we haven’t presented for years on how PA can lead the nation on this.
Gov Shapiro could lead the nation on affordable rapid transit expansion.
