US FDA drops web pages on improving clinical trial diversity The U.S. Food and Drug Administration has pulled draft guidance from its website requiring companies to test medicines and devices in diverse populations as part of a purge of diversity, equity and inclusion efforts at U.S. health agencies.

One of my friends has a grant from the #FDA to look at disparities in clinical trial research and just submitted a manuscript with the findings. She was told today by the collaborators from the #FDA to rescind it.

Not to ruin the wonderfully positive vibes on this site, but is anyone else here concerned that American society, politics, and culture have become morally and psychologically addled?

Looking out towards Lake Michigan from the hospital in Muskegon, MI. Taking care of my Mom and feeling grateful.

I’ve been addicted to a Twitter for 5 years, but never posted much- just used it for news, and political info and I’d engage with some bigger accounts by commenting… but I never had much visibility and never got over 850 followers.
