Thank you. I think I did. It came together nicely in the end, I thought. I speak at church 3 or 4 times a year, and it's usually not as challenging as it was this time. But I also think there was a reason for the "pause" in divine help from God this time.

Good work! I'm struggling with consistency in making good food choices and getting exercise, but I've gone for a walk between 15-90 minutes every day for almost a week and that's been good. Proud of you!

It's a historic building, it's not his to demolish, and any plans to remove part of it require going through proper channels, which did not happen. Remodeling is fine. Destruction is not." And then the comments looked like this:

People are saying the weirdest stuff, and my question so often is this: Would this be fine with you if Biden or Harris were the one doing it. Here's a post I saw yesterday (see image) that downplayed the demolition so much that I truly was stunned.

Perhaps because it's such an on-the-nose physical representation of what this administration is doing to our democracy and our country.

My story is so tiny, but my family & I have reservations for a cave tour at Mammoth Cave during our kids' fall break. Current shutdown means no cave tours. We've had to restructure our fall break (& wait for a refund that probably won't happen til govt reopens). We spent all our play $ on those tix.
