I was out on the trail and did a bit of exploring. Came across this campground near the lake. It was so beautiful and as I came up I saw a man with his young daughter. It was strange but for some reason it felt "right" to share the beauty of that moment with other people without saying anything.

I'm rewatching "Run with the Wind" for the nth time but starting from the beginning for the first time in a while and I am struck by its central question of "What is running?" is different for everyone. Coming up this trail, I felt that I ran for moments like this, feeling... clear and present.

It depresses me that even post libertarian me never considered that part of the equation.
