If it were only 1 decision & undertaking, this would make sense - today’s other board resignations effectively a vote of no confidence.
The use of plural possibly implies another loss of confidence (the Minister?) or an insoluble conflict of interest/duty (ethics?).

Also a catastrophic failure of public/corporate governance - they can’t coincidentally all be resigning for ‘personal reasons’. I presume confidentiality will inhibit transparency unless SA Parliament inquires (without knowing SA’s customs, surely it must?!)
