that's fair - it's not easy to add protein to random food like a waffle or cup of noodles without something else making it palatable. i bristle at the backlash b/c everyone likely needs more protein! it's a market for a reason

unfortunately do believe that the backlash to a focus on protein is whiny baby behavior. you should be so thankful that cup of noodles has a protein option
