The president has declared that his power is constrained only by his “own morality.”

This is not promoting dictatorship or anarchy or _______. This is hoping that the democracy part of this democratic republic, the "we" as the fundamental control of the republic, will find its second wind.
Do we really want all we're seeing? We're all interdependent, no matter how the story is told.

Why? Because the veto & executive order protects the republic unconditionally. We're seeing in real time how unsustainable this is. Why be ok w/ hatred, hostility, anxiety forced into every day lives due to blindly entrusting a figure head? Today's version of the republic won't sustain us tomorrow.

With all that’s going on, NOW is time to reconsider how the #US version of a republic functions. Not bc politician X is voted in to “do" the Y and Z voters are told they want, but bc voting for X creates a world that X wants. At everyone's expense. No matter the complaints, world X will still exist.
