I had to talk about my extremely psychologically abusive ex last Friday at therapy and I thought I was fine until that night when I started losing my grasp on.. reality, I guess.
And so I've been unable to sleep, laughing unusually loudly and uncontrollably, and crying for any (or even no) reason!!

I have no idea, I would have to write it to remember LMAO.

Haven't even tried to write in the past week, my seven year has been mean, my symptoms are flaring up, and I've just been crying like non stop.
