Also worth noting that this is a pretty common-sense fix and so the usual "gov petitions just waste activism energy" thing doesn't apply here. We just need to get it in front of people quickly.

This wouldn't have happened 20 years ago. The good thing about 2004 game dev was that 50% of any team was made up of quiet psychopaths who wore black all summer and came to work late 3 days a week with smudgy panda eyes and reeking of vodka.

Just realised the thing that unconsciously bothered me about Bloodlines 2 marketing, was just the total lack of alt/goth culture on display. Like, slap on some Genitorturers no?

Surely that was the obvious thing to lean into?

I got more satisfaction sketching my dog in a cafe than I did from the last 6 months of my games development career.
