I think that showcasing how it's possible to play your game in different contexts would help. On the go? It runs on mobile. At home? It runs on PC. At a friend's house? It runs on their console.

Art is the part that I have the least experience with but I'm looking forward to doing it anyway. I'm going to make mistakes, but that's the only way I'm going to get better.

But alas, game design demands your attention.

I had a guy submit a PR that did small cleanup but that also removed all of my unit tests. It was wild. I asked him to justify it but all I got was silence. Fight avoided, I suppose.

Yeah, I loved constructing parks with the potential for multiple paths and trying to manual and grind between different parts.
I miss that game.

Tony Hawk 2 was amazing.

It's tough. Often in software you have to weigh convenient tech debt against long-term maintenance. With games (especially small indie games), very often when it is released, it doesn't undergo multi-year updates, so it is very easy to cut corners and actually be justified if you'll never reuse it.

Isn't there a font, too, that is good for people with dyslexia? It has thicker parts of the letters to help with identification. I think every game should include the option to use that font.
