Overall, I enjoyed TRON: Ares. Some large plot holes and either bad casting or bad direction for the villain CEO, but a fun IMAX flick!

Is there such a thing as acting too well? Charlie Hunnam is so creepy as Ed Gein I’m not sure I’m sticking with this one.

It’s a small gesture and I’m not saying there aren’t bigger problems in the world, but if traveling during the shutdown it’s nice to thank the TSA agents who are there.

I understand the need for confidentiality and discretion, but I think it’s really a hard sell to tell paying customers that they’re safe on this ride even though this poor guy apparently was not.

Ultimately, political violence always empowers authoritarian regimes. Because they have no compunction about exploiting it to support their rhetoric that everything is an emergency that requires suspending the rule of law.
