They’ve really reduced the apprenticeship funding too. The firm I used to work at stopped taking on graduates doing ACA and now just take in school leavers doing AAT. There’s already a serious shortage of newly qualifieds.

Someone earning 25k on auto enrolment will sacrifice 2k and so hit the cap. Earn 26k and they will be above the cap. Is someone on 26k a high earner?
