a glance at the chihuahua running from behind. his back legs are wide and his tail curled over on itself almost. there’s no other word for it: he’s skedaddling.

Sushi, crickets, snails, frogs, nut-stuff frogs, pork barbecue. The food in Cambodia is phenomenal.

In Cambodia visiting my bro. Incredible home-cooked lunch and now checked into my hotel room. Lovely hotel. Time for a shower and a nap!

Also people forget or just don't know how much we already have to support our own needs 24/7. It's exhausting. Like every day feels like you're pushing shit uphill just to do all the things. So by the end of the year you're at literal collapse stage. This is my end of year.

If health, education, essential services and utilities aren’t in public hands then they can be bought, dismantled and sold off for parts

They can also be coopted, blackmailed and coerced for the benefit of power and profit

I woke with a tremendous feeling of longing and sadness.

I didn't know why, but I was missing my friend..more than friend. Moose.

It wasn't until later in the morning that the Mrs. let me know it was the anniversary of his passing. It was a date I never put in my calendar.

Man, I miss you.

Thanks Dr H. Yeah it's been a rough couple of weeks. I also realised, since the start of last year I've had a death of a significant person in my life about every 3 months. Really tired 😞
