You're simplifying the genetics, that's besides the point. Consider outcomes for these folks. Transitioning vastly improves mental health. You can always find a few that'll regret it, but any medical procedure carries risk.

Didn't say he changed sex. He changed gender. Even so, sex is more complicated than the binary presented in high school bio.

I personally know a trans man that has given birth, so it isn't accurate to say transitioning is necessarily a sterilizing process.
