I get this. But, it’s not always practical in an ER, where our encounters are brief and singular. I barely know the patient names. When I see kids I ask them, “who did you bring with you today?”

This is a direct reference to the Proud Boys who use the gold wreath FAFO logo. I fully believe Elon is going to utilize vigilante violence to enforce things.
