DHS has not told MPR News whether detaining unaccompanied children in hotels with federal agents is a regular practice.

Bloomington Police just announced they've arrested a Department of Defense employee in a sex trafficking sting. The police chief said his job is to do background checks and security clearance checks on ICE agents.

On top of this, at least in Minneapolis, there appears to be no way for us to hold either the Mayor or the Governor accountable for their inaction and poor handling. Neither plan re-election, and seem unconcerned with our scorn.
