In this work we establish a platform for robust modelling of iPSC-derived neuropethelium. Using this, we characterise disease-associated phenotypes and show that a patient identified Vangl2 mutation disrupts apical constriction. Huge thanks to @emaniou.bsky.social @paolodecoppi.bsky.social

We are passionate about how cells squeeze through tiny in spaces in vivo, and how they get to divide and make fate decisions whilst they are at it!
We love fish, frogs, live microscopy and arts and crafts.
