I wanted to build on this a little, and gently ask/recommend that you choose kindness whenever possible (with others and yourself) because you never know; your kindness could make the difference.
I'm having a rough go of it lately, and have been thinking: everyone is going through something, and you have no idea what it is, or how it's affecting them.
Quote post this is if you're going through something, and maybe we'll all realize that we aren't as alone as we feel right now.
Or maybe this will die in the great silent void of the dead internet that once had so much promise before the worst people in the world destroyed it. I guess we'll find out together.
