It's been just over three months since I nearly died in hospital, and while I've been slowly recovering from that particular ordeal, this week has been a solid reminder that I do indeed have a serious heart condition. 🙃

Thank you. The nurses who actually delivered the discharge papers were LIVID on my behalf. I'd never even seen that cardiologist before that day; he wasn't the one following my case.

If we hadn't been hit by a freak blizzard, I would likely already be back in hospital. It's been a wild two weeks. 🙃

I am covered in bruises from successful and failed injections and procedures. My blood pressure is still dangerously low, and I cannot even take the medication they gave me because of how low it is. I'm scared, not sure if I will actually be able to return to work next week, and generally frustrated

A heads up: I was just in the hospital for eight days for a previously unknown heart condition, nearly died from anaphylactic shock on Saturday, and was sent home by a cardiologist who admitted to not having read my file two days later.
