When Democrats regain power it’s time to pack the court with four more liberal justices and begin to undo the damage caused by this corrupt court.

When history is written, John Roberts will go down as one of the worst Chief Justices of all time.

The only problem with her solution is she wants John Thune to use the nuclear option in the Senate. She doesn’t want compromise, she wants the Senate to break tradition and completely eliminate the filibuster.

When the Democrats take power again I hope that he flees to a country that has an extradition treaty with us. Miller and all the Trump sycophants must be brought to justice either here or overseas for their crimes.

I’m appalled that any American would do or support the actions of this regime.

I’m afraid that most aren’t even aware of it and won’t know until they get the bill. The apathy that the majority of Americans have about what goes on in Washington is astounding. Their knowledge of important issues that directly affect their lives come from Fox or social media.

Ignorance rules.

GOP leadership should march into the Oval Office and tell Trump that the Legislature is taking its authority back or he will be impeached, convicted and removed from office. He would then have a choice to get his authoritarian urges in check or lose his grifting opportunities.

This is exactly what I want to see. Take the fight to where the conservatives are. Fox, Newsmax, podcasts, wherever you can, to push back on the lies and propaganda that this administration is spreading.

Voting for Fetterman is probably the vote that I regret the most.

Ahh, The Hatch Act. It’s not shocking in the slightest that this lawless regime would use government resources to lie about the opposition party.

And who, pray tell, in the Office of Special Counsel is going to enforce any punishment for violations of the Act? Nobody, because the GOP is feckless.

Personally, I like this idea.

As a country, we need to stop deluding ourselves with shouts that “America is the BEST country in the world” because we’re not.

By any metric you choose America lags behind a lot of other countries. Healthcare in particular has become a bottomless money pit for many.

Democrats need to go on any conservative media platform that they can and explain EXACTLY why the government is shut down. Going on liberal and left leaning media is preaching to the choir. There’s so much disinformation and confusion spread by this regime that the truth isn’t getting to the people.

Somehow, when Democrats cave to the pressure (and they always cave), the rise in healthcare costs will be blamed on Democrats.

I’ve seen Republicans spreading this lie (I know, one of many) that Schumer is blocking passage of the CR to supply healthcare to undocumented (they call them illegals) and for trans surgeries. From the President on down this fabrication has made it to social media where it’s passed off as gospel. 😡

The normalization of troops in cities is a huge step towards authoritarianism.

We must continue to protest against this regime and make our voices heard.

Call your Representatives and Senators and let them know, in no uncertain terms, that you are NOT okay with this.

We elect representatives to serve us in Congress but ultimately “We The People” have immense power using our financial might.

We elect other representatives when they don’t satisfy our demands and we influence companies by taking our dollars elsewhere.

Use your voices and purses for influence.

Nixon didn’t have a Congress that rubber stamped every unconstitutional act he made. Trump could not have abused his power as he has if Thune and Johnson hadn’t cowered in the face of threats from Dear Leader.

There’s a lot of blame to spread around.

But his supporters on other social media sites say that the numbers show that he is the MOST popular President ever.

This reporting must be “fake news”.

The Founding Fathers would weep if they knew that this shit-gibbon was President of this country.

To have this unqualified conman as our leader is an embarrassment and an indictment of the millions of Americans who thought a selfish grifter would be the answer to all of their problems.

God, I hate this administration.

It’s bad enough that the President is a wannabe dictator, but to have all his cabinet members and their underlings enabling the transition is beyond belief.

Do they all hate what America has stood for over the years and throughout the world so much?

The thing that keeps me going is the belief that when we come out of this dark chapter (there have been others, with slavery at the top) those responsible and their enablers will be held accountable.

Whatever penalties are imposed, I want the perpetrators to be alive and aware of the consequences.

How do you declare something that’s not an organization a terrorist organization?

And here I thought that fascism was bad! I guess Trump is going to start a new governmental agency- Profa, to promote and spread a belief system that we fought a World War to defeat.

I hate this President and gov’t.

Is our country great or what?

They have the power and money to fight back, unfortunately they love their power and money and are unwilling to risk losing either.

I’ve heard the phrase constantly during investigations, “follow the money” and that statement applies here. Companies, law firms, colleges and so on are willing to sacrifice democracy for profit.

Even in Russia there are oligarchs, maybe they’re restricted but they’re still wealthy.

It’s a sadness that breaks my heart that our “Leader” has to be treated like a spoiled brat, hidden away so he doesn’t embarrass himself or others.

We should be better than this but, I guess that we get what we deserve.

We’re #1 is a great sentiment. As a country I wonder if we ever were.
