99% of the work on a book, for me, is the early chapters. Bringing absolute clarity to a world, establishing characters, motivations, setting up the big peices you'll knock down. The last half is just executing on all the setup.

They depart Earth after being summoned to Ena by the Greater Elders who are in fact the parents of their immediate Earthbound Elders. With the demise of the evil Bahadur and his minions there’s no longer an outside threat to Earth's peace and therefore no reason to remain. This high paced story only gets better and better as you turn each page. Twists and turns keep you on your toes as those once thought long dead are brought back to life as immortality itself is intrinsically enigmatic. The character development exceeds your wildest dreams as they become familiar with their lineage, their thriving powers and those of the Enaphim. Their bonds with one another further develop as they celebrate their wins and mature over the years passed. Wedding bells toll! The characters also live in real time and deal with government issues that affect everyone in the United States. They encounter new threats that test their abilities while traveling to Ena and once again when they arrive on the new planet. Beautifully written, descriptive and visual this story takes you beyond our Milky Way and immediate galaxies into the far reaches of space itself. Planet Ena is a paradise, an elevated civilization that outshines Earth in every way. The culture, the cities and their inhabitants’ quest for knowledge and understanding drives their entire society forward. Without the fear of death Ena is in fact a utopia. Who knows…perhaps a threat to Earth sends them back to save it from destruction? They must face Bahadur’s parents and the council of the Enaphim. What could possibly happen with these interactions and whose immortal lives will be changed forever?

Most stories are written in 1st or 3rd person. You should try out 2nd person. The only example, off the top of my head, is N.K Jemisin's Broken Earth Trilogy, where one of the main characters is "you", i.e the reader themselves.
