Why does BBC never ask Farage questions about Brexit disaster to our economy?
1. They colluded with Brexiteers to give disproportionate coverage on their programmes despite 6+ UK parties opposing it.
2. Most BBC staff like Mason & Toriesburg can't read beyond the Daily Mail headlines without help

Two things are true:

1) The total UK tax take is higher than pre-Brexit. (The economy grew.)

2) The total UK tax take is lower than had Brexit not happened. Why? Because Brexit lowered GDP growth rates. (The economy grew less than it would have.)

The gap between the two is the "cost" of Brexit.

WTF? If this Government can’t even agree to this smallest of initiatives, which has no cost to them & absolutely no down-sides, what hope that it will step up to the bigger nature challenges we face? This is a *popular* policy, for heavens sake. Obstinate tin-eared stupidity doesn’t come close …

Sign the petition: Save Our Swifts Swifts have lost more than half their population in 20 years. A simple £35 brick in new builds could help save them. Labour used to support this – now they’re planning to backtrack. Sign the petition ...

WTAF? I just don't get it. Are they worried swift boxes are somehow woke? That helping migratory birds will encourage other types of migrants?
Here's the petition linked in the article:

@matthewpennycookmp.bsky.social Your decision to backtrack on Swift boxes in new houses is atrocious. Vacuous statement that means nothing in the context of Swifts, stop listening to house builders concerned about profits and start listening to ecologists that know.

So Labour say they won't install swift bricks because they are moving away from specific species mitigations to landscape level ones.

But swifts nest IN BUILDINGS. So how is landscape-level compensation supposed to help? Just ecologically illiterate nonsense 🤦‍♀️
