I had to watch the video twice to get the full understanding of it. Even then, the American "Christianity" is weird to me, especially when they get involved with politics.

Even growing up with my father being Baptist minister and being into a very religious family, I never really felt right with it and, it wasn't until college that I finally was able to somehow get away from it. I can tolerate it, yes, but when family and friends try to "preach" their faith to me...

I agree only because we finally got past the Auburn game. That matchup always makes me wary.

Right. In Texas, there is big three: God, Family, Football. In fact, a lot of my religious family members and friends whole basically say something like, “he’s a good guy. Oh, and a Christian.” So that is the litmus test for them.

It’s like a breath of fresh air. I grew up in a Baptist house and I’ve seen too many different sides of Christianity that caused me to wash my hands off the whole thing when I became older. His kind is the one that actually…non-hypocritical. As a fellow Texan, he gives me hope.

An high school classmate of mine was an extra on the show and spoke highly of it. I should check it out.
