One of the worst things happening in this place is that tons of these guys have no major problems other than massive speech impediments, nobody can understand them, and nobody is interested in trying to figure out what they want. The staff just glaze over & walk off mid sentence.

There are helpless invalids here subject to horrific abuses. Oh, and it's also a debt trap? Yes, this city funded city mission in fact costs $200 a month but you get to work up to it. Bc we're definitely going to do the work to go from nothing to $200/mo and then start from 0 earning for an apt.
