The picture shows an upclose scene from a wet garden at night. The focus is on a few grey/brown mushrooms that peek up through moss, dirt, leafs and some grass.

Some cute fairy caps I found when I walked through the garden at night. The flash on pixel phones is pretty good. I couldn't see what I was photographing so I had to de a few tries before I was happy with this little scene.

Today I taught myself to crochet cables and made some wrist warmers. I am in l💖ve with the cable stitches. The handwarmers don't have a pattern, I just made it up as I went along.

Me sitting in a brown leather chair. I have brown/reddish hair and a black sweater with white butterflies. I am working on a flat bobbin lace pillow with my phone on its side at the top of the pillow. The room is rather dark except for the bright light shining on my work In the background are several plants, light curtains, a red wall with a radiator and a piece of art against it, also a light coloured carpet on the floor with a flowery print.

What I am working on. The picture shows my bobbin lace project in progress. The pillow is white with gray squiggles. There are several bobbins hold in place by a crocheted bobbin holder. The work is a green heart filled with coloured leafs. On top of the pillow is a small embroidery scissor. The pattern comes from the book Cluny de Brioude

Big Strelitzia plant in a terra cotta pot. The plant has long green stalks with big green leaves and some light yellow ribbon to keep it in place. Surrounding are some other plants, a red Ikea table, red curtains tied together, and white panel curtains

The pictures shows a part of the strelitzia plant sprouting a pointy stalk. The question is, is this a flower or a leaf?

This is my baby, a Strelitzia Reginae that I grew from a seed. It's huge.
Most years it will give one flower and some new leaves.
So, now the game starts: on the second pic.. flower or new leaf. It would be a bit early for a flower though #plant #strelitzia #houseplant stay tuned for updates

Back pocket made out if black jeans fabric in an machine embroidery hoop. The machine just started a pattern of green stitches

Two back pockets made from black jeans fabric with the finished machine embroidery design. I swithed the colours of the flowers. The left pocket has more light coloured flowers, the right pocket more dark red flowers. The designs are the same

Making your own jeans means you can do whatever you want to the back pockets... A.k.a: make your life a little bit more difficult by dragging your embroidery machine down from the attic. #sewing #embroidery if I ever do it again, I should embroider first, then cut the pattern..
