I don’t doubt you’re a Londoner, but it’s strange to hear people say this. I talk to people/people talk to me all the time. Especially waiting for public transport & in the supermarket. Not as much as other places granted, but still happens.

London born and raised & older then I’d like to admit.

I don’t think people aren’t keeping the same energy, I saw that incident everywhere when it happened and I am in the UK.

I am not a person that drives everywhere, I walk where I can.

Not disputing the fact that cycling infrastructure needed improving and has a positive impact. I just don’t personally think the driving experience needed to be made into a horrible one for this to be done.

I am not a city planner, that is not for me to say.

But we haven’t had to bulldoze the city and start over to implement cycle routes, so why would that be the answer?

I am all for cycle routes, just don’t think that the Sadiq has been even handed in his approach to motorists

Easy to say just take the bus, just take the train, just get it delivered, just shop the small local store.

The point is, there is no one size fits all for a multitude of legitimate reasons and improvements can be made to the cycling infrastructure without completely ruining things for drivers.

No it hasn’t! You have just made it impossible to drive.

Not all of us fell comfortable to cycle, not all journeys are possible via bike. Tried to carry 1 week food shop on a bike? You have made it awful to drive in London.

I generally don’t dislike you, but hate what you have done to the roads.
