What exactly could Mamdani do that would make NY so horrible for Ackman? I am talking about real policies (not just feeling threatened by a Muslim born outside of the US).

Mamdani seems like a bigger threat to overpriced convenience stores in food deserts than to billion-dollar hedge funds.
