‘The Currents’ Review: A Woman Who Has Everything Comes Undone in a Lusciously Crafted Argentinian Spellbinder Writer-director Milagros Mumenthaler's film revolves around a successful young Buenos Aires fashion designer whose world is upended after a work trip gone awry.

Really liked THE CURRENTS, a lush & hypnotic Argentinian drama about a designer who unravels very stoically after a work trip gone awry. TIFF and NYFF slots should give writer-director Milagros Mumenthaler a much-deserved bump in recognition.

Shocker: I liked a movie in which Callum Turner is hot

‘Fuze’ Review: Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Theo James Headline David Mackenzie’s Savvy, Hunk-Filled Heist Thriller Sam Worthington and Gugu Mbatha-Raw costar in the latest film from the ‘Hell or High Water’ director to premiere in Toronto.

TWINLESS deserves so much better than whatever dog-days dump release it's getting. Dylan O'Brien gives one of the year's best, most surprising performances, & the film is twisted, funny & perceptive, w/shades of Almodovar. Super promising for writer/director/costar James Sweeney.
